"Study Computer System Servicing or CSS is a qualification launched by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Where to school for FREE under TESDA?

Naghahanap po ako ng school na pweding mag-aral ng automotive, electrical or kahit anong course na offer basta libre at saka under TESDA lang po. High School graduate lang po ako eh, gusto ko sanang mag-aral sa college pero hindi kay nang financial income ng mga magulang ko.

Kaya nagtanong-tanong nalang po ako kung saan pweding mag-aral... At may nakasabi sa akin na taga-dito rin sa amin na may nag-o-offer po na school under TESDA ng mga libring courses at may allowance pa po.
